There are two primary schools in the Mitta Valley, one at Eskdale and one at Mitta Mitta. A regional high school is located the regional service town of Tallangatta with a school bus service. Further education options exist in Albury Wodonga which has a number of State and Private schools. A community run Childcare program also operates in the Valley.
